By using jordan-valley.com, submitting a form, registering for an event or using an online service provided through this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

Additional terms may apply to a particular congress, exhibition, hotel booking, sponsorship package or contracted event. Where event-specific terms are clearly provided, they form part of your agreement and take priority for that service.

Jordan Valley Conferences & Exhibits plans and manages conferences, exhibitions and professional events for societies, associations, institutions and companies. For some events, Jordan Valley acts on behalf of the organization that owns or commissions the event.

We take reasonable care to keep event dates, venues, programs, speakers, fees and deadlines accurate. Event arrangements can change, and information may be updated without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

Before making travel or accommodation arrangements, check the relevant congress page and any confirmation sent directly to you. If information on a downloadable program conflicts with a later website notice or direct communication, the most recent confirmed information applies.

• A registration is complete only when the required information and payment have been received and Jordan Valley or the event owner has issued confirmation.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Registrations based on false, misleading or incomplete information may be declined or cancelled.
• Eligibility rules, professional categories, member rates and supporting-document requirements may vary by event.
• Badges, certificates and event access are personal to the registered participant unless a substitution is approved in writing.
• Participants must follow venue rules, health and safety requirements, professional conduct standards and reasonable instructions from event staff.
• Jordan Valley or the event owner may refuse or withdraw access where necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention or serious misconduct.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy, originality and lawful use of all material they submit. A submission must comply with the event's published format, authorship, ethics, conflict-of-interest and deadline requirements.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, presentation format, publication or scheduling. Scientific and organizing committees may review, request changes, reclassify or reject submissions according to the event's published process.

By submitting material, the author confirms that Jordan Valley and the event owner may process and share it with reviewers and committees, and may reproduce accepted titles, abstracts and author details in the event program, abstract book and related event materials.

Fees, currencies, inclusions and deadlines are shown on the relevant event or payment page. You are responsible for checking the payment description and amount before completing a transaction.

Payments and refunds are governed by the Payment & Cancellation Policy and any event-specific terms disclosed before payment.

Hotel rooms, transport, tours, visas and other third-party services may be arranged or coordinated by Jordan Valley but supplied by separate providers. Availability, check-in rules, cancellation terms, taxes and charges may be set by those providers.

Participants are responsible for passports, visas, insurance, medical requirements and travel arrangements unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Do not make non-refundable travel bookings until the event and your participation are confirmed.

The website may link to payment gateways, society websites, hotels, forms and other third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not make Jordan Valley responsible for third-party content, availability, security or contractual terms.

You must not:

• Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, submissions, payment records, systems or data.
• Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material or content you do not have permission to use.
• Interfere with the website's operation, security or availability.
• Copy, scrape or reuse substantial website content for commercial purposes without permission.

The Jordan Valley name, logo, website design and original website content belong to Jordan Valley or its licensors. Society marks, congress artwork, speaker materials and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this website grants a licence except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Programs, speakers, venues, dates and delivery formats may be changed where reasonably necessary. Jordan Valley and the event owner are not responsible for delay, change or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government action, severe weather, public-health events, transport disruption, venue failure, labour disputes or other emergencies.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable registration and refund arrangements will be communicated to registered participants.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jordan Valley is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, personal travel costs, missed connections, or loss caused by reliance on outdated third-party information.

Please contact us promptly if an error, payment issue or access problem affects your registration so that we can investigate and, where possible, correct it.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any additional notice provided for a particular event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Courts with jurisdiction in Amman, Jordan will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services or legal requirements. The revised terms apply from the date published on this page.
